Login All4Schools / O365 / Devices of the school network of your SIS
As of the coming school year KJ21/22, teachers, SIS staff, students and parents will have access to A4S.

What about existing users?
The access to All4Schools will take place with the site-specific mail address and password that was set on the All4Schools page for the school network. Existing users will soon be able to log in to the All4Schools environment with their current O365 user (= mail address) and the password they are already used to. An alternative or different login will no longer be possible on All4Schools.

What about newly created users?
Parents / pupils / teachers / SIS staff who are newly created on All4Schools in the secretary's office of the respective school will receive an auto-generated user name (= mail address) and a password in All4Schools. This password is communicated to the newly created users by the secretary's office.

With this login information, the newly created user should first set a new password on https://password.bilingual.education - a few moments later this password, together with the mail address, will always be the same username on O365/the local school network and All4Schools. Please remember the password to minimise the workload for support.

Note: Parents only have access to All4Schools with their username. The mail address is also not active.

Parents of SIS Switzerland students continue to use the old familiar parent login for Weedu - the new created for All4Schools.

Login All4Schools / O365 / Geräte des Schulnetzwerkes deiner SIS
Ab kommendem Schuljahr KJ21/22 haben Lehrkräfte, Mitarbeitende der SIS, Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie Eltern Zugriff auf A4S.

Was ist mit bereits existierenden Usern?
Der Zugriff auf All4Schools erfolgt in diesem Fall mit der standorttypischen Mailadresse und dem Passwort, welches auf Seite All4Schools für das Schulnetzwerk gesetzt wurde. Bereits existierende User können sich also bald mit ihrem aktuellen O365 User (= Mailadresse) und dem bereits gewohnten Passwort zusätzlich auf der Umgebung All4Schools anmelden. Ein alternativer, bzw. anderer Login wird auf All4Schools nicht mehr möglich sein.
 

Was ist mit neu angelegten Usern?
Eltern / Schülerinnen und Schüler / Lehrkräfte / Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der SIS, welche im Sekretariat der jeweiligen Schule auf All4Schools neu angelegt werden, erhalten auto-generiert einen Usernamen (= Mailadresse) und ein Passwort in All4Schools gesetzt. Dieses Passwort wird den neu angelegten Usern vom Sekretariat mitgeteilt.
Mit diesen Logininformationen sollte sich der neu angelegte User zunächst auf https://password.bilingual.education ein neues Passwort setzen – wenige Augenblicke später ist dieses Passwort zusammen mit der Mailadresse als Username auf O365/dem lokalen Schulnetzwerk und All4Schools immer das identische. Bitte das Passwort unbedingt gut merken, um beim Support den Workload zu minimieren.
Randnotiz: Eltern haben mit ihrem Usernamen lediglich auf All4Schools Zugriff. Die Mailadresse ist zudem nicht aktiv.
Eltern der Schülerinnen und Schüler der SIS Schweiz benutzen den alt bekannten Elternlogin für Weedu weiterhin.
