What is my username for the Parents' Portal and/or the Webshop?

The login details for the Parents' Portal and the Webshop are identical. The username is formatted as follows:  

XXPA0000@sis-XXXX.ch

XX and XXXX are derived from the location of your child's school.

0000 is an arbitrary number.

I have forgotten my username or password. How can I reset it?

  1. Please go to: https://pwsr.bilingual.education
  2. Enter one of the email addresses you provided to SIS when you registered as a parent:
  3. You will receive an email with a verification link. Click on this link to proceed to the next step:
  4. Once you have successfully answered the verification questions, you will be able to choose a new password.
  5. Please remember this password for future logins.

How do I change my password?

You can change your personal password at any time at:  
https://password.bilingual.education

If you experience any other issues, you are kindly requested to submit a support ticket and to describe the problem as accurately as possible. This will help us to resolve your request efficiently.

Please select “Support A4s SIS CH” as the category of the ticket.

Device Compatibility

We strive to support all devices as best as we can. However, if you are experiencing display issues on our platforms, we recommend that you use a laptop or desktop instead of a smartphone.
