Problems with iPhone or iPad |
Unfortunately, some content is not displayed or is displayed incorrectly when viewed using Safari on an iPhone or iPad. Please try using a different browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome) or a different device. We recommend using a desktop or notebook computer, as this allows you to benefit from a larger screen. It may also be easier to download and reuse the documents. |
If you are able to log in to the A4S parent portal or web shop but see no or incorrect content, or if you cannot download either the reports or bills, please try the following steps:
- If you are using a desktop or notebook computer, change the size of your browser window.
- Reload the page in the browser completely from the server:
- Windows: Hold down the [Ctrl] and [Shift] keys on the keyboard and then press the [R] key
- MAC, Safari: Hold down the [Option] and [⌘ Cmd] keys on the keyboard and then press the [E] key
- MAC, Firefox, or Chrome: Hold down the [⌘ Cmd] and [⇧ Shift] keys on the keyboard and then press the [R] key
- Use a ‘private window’ or ‘incognito mode’ depending on the browser; for reference: instructions from AVG Antivirus
- Empty the cache of your browser: Hold down the [Ctrl] and [Shift] keys on the keyboard and then press the [Delete] key
- Try using a different browser: browsehappy.com
- Try using a different computer
