- What are my login details for the webshop or the parents' portal?
- The login details are identical for the A4S parent portal and the webshop. The username is composed as follows: XXPA0000@sis-XXXX.ch
- If you no longer know the username, please contact the secretary's office at your SIS school.
- I forgot my password. How can I reset my password?
- Send a request for a new password to:
support-a4s@swissinternationalschool.ch
As soon as you get a new, temporary password, please: - Go to: https://password.bilingual.education
- Enter your username under “Update Password”
- At “Old password”, enter the temporary password you received from Support
- Enter a new personal password and confirm the password
- Klick on “Submit”
- If the reset is successful, you will receive a message on the screen
