1. Wie lauten meine Logindaten für den Webshop?
   1. Die Logindaten sind identisch zum A4S Elternportal. Der Benutzername setzt sich wie folgt zusammen: XXPA0000@sis-XXXX.ch
   2. Wenn Sie den Benutzernamen nicht mehr wissen, melden Sie sich bitte beim Sekretariat Ihrer SIS-Schule.

 

2. Ich habe mein Passwort vergessen. Wie kann ich mein Passwort zurücksetzen?
   1. Senden Sie eine Anfrage nach einem neuen Passwort an:
      support-a4s@swissinternationalschool.ch
   2. Gehen Sie auf: https://password.bilingual.education
   3. Geben Sie unter «Benutzername» Ihren Benutzernamen ein
   4. Geben Sie unter «altes Kennwort» das einmalige Passwort ein, welches Sie vom Support erhalten haben
   5. Geben Sie ein neues persönliches Passwort ein und bestätigen Sie das Passwort
   6. Bei erfolgreichem Zurücksetzen erhalten Sie eine Meldung auf dem Bildschirm

   1. The login details are identical to the A4S parent portal. The user name is composed as follows: XXPA0000@sis-XXXX.ch
   2. If you no longer know the user name, please contact the secretary's office at your SIS school.
2. I forgot my password. How can I reset my password?
   1. Send a request for a new password to:
      support-a4s@swissinternationalschool.ch
   2. Go to: https://password.bilingual.education
   3. Enter your user name under "User name"
   4. Under "old password", enter the one-time password you received from Support
   5. Enter a new personal password and confirm the password
   6. If the reset is successful, you will receive a message on the screen
