SIS offers a school license for Microsoft's Office Apps to all teachers, staff and students. Each user can install these apps 5 times on one device. All Office Apps are already installed on all pre-installed computers at the school.

 

1. Add an new account to your Office 365 Outlook App

 

If the apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are already installed on your computer, you can quickly add your Outlook mail account and get all future emails into this app.


Add your account here in the following way:

 

 

2.  Adding an additional account in Outlook

 

If you have already added an account in your Outlook, you can add your new SIS email account in the app. Click here to do so:

 

 

3. Installing the office apps on a computer


If the apps are not already installed on your computer, you can download and install this software package online using your O365 access. To do this, follow the steps below:

 

 

4. Emptying all entries from the AutoComplete list


You can clear all entries from the AutoComplete list without disabling AutoComplete. 

 

A: If you want to delete individual address suggestions, you can do this directly when entering the recipient's address: 

 

 

B:  If you want to delete all address suggestions, you can do it once via your settings. The addresses will only be deleted from your cache. The address will still be available in your address book.

 

Please go to:

 

> File > Options > Mail > Send Messages > Empty Auto-Complete List
