Auto generated - always up-to-date teams from All4Schools  - versus self-generated teams within O365
From the coming school year onwards, class teams will be created from All4Schools and a team for all employees will be created analogous to all "class details" on All4Schoolls.
Side note: Existing class teams can be mapped as far as possible, i.e. integrated into the new system.
For this your local IT-Support needs:
Teamname / Ownername / schools city of school for the old team
Teamname / Ownername(n) /schools city of school for the new  team.

What are the advantages of an auto generated team on O365 that is always synchronised with All4Schools in terms of user data?

1. Owner à classes/subject teachers are automatically added as owners of the class team.
2. Member à all pupils are added as members
3. All user data is always kept synchronised from All4Schools.

Example: If Max is a new member of class 3 at the school, as soon as he can be officially created by the office, he will appear in the correct team as a member a short time later.

4. A class is mutated - i.e. class 3 becomes class 4 etc.

The teams are also included here in the same way as the new class details. 

E.g. "ZH-Team-Class3" - becomes "ZH-Team-Class4". A class team is continued from the first to the last class with the same class ID - also to prevent uncontrolled growth on O365.

5. If a teacher or pupil leaves, he or she no longer has direct access to the team and a new owner = teacher is added to the team via the entry on All4Schools.

In which form are the class teams created?
All subjects of a class managed in All4Schools are integrated as a channel in the class team. In addition, a team calendar across all subjects is also added to the team as a channel. All appointments entered there by the teachers are visible to all team members of the class.

It is strongly advised not to create your own class teams on O365 - class teams should always be based on the entries in All4Schools for the reasons described.

Can I still create my own teams in O365?
Teachers can still create their own teams. The responsibility for the content lies with the teachers for both types of teams - however, there is the additional maintenance effort which, in the case of auto generated teams, is indirectly taken over by the secretariats when maintaining the data records on All4Schools.

Autogenerierte - immer aktuelle Teams aus All4Schools 
- versus selbst generierte Teams innerhalb O365
Ab dem kommenden Schuljahr werden aus All4Schools heraus Klassenteams und jeweils ein Standortteam analog aller „Klassenangaben“ auf All4Schoolls angelegt.
Bestehende Klassenteams können auch gemappt werden, also Inhalte samt User von einem bestehenden Team übernommen werden.  Falls gewünscht, wendet Ihr euch bitte mit folgenden Detailangaben an euren lokalen Support:
Teamname / Ownername und Schulstandort altes Team und
Teamname / Ownername(n) und Schulstandort „neues Team“ benötigen wir hier, um ein bestehendes Team in ein neues Team zu integrieren.
Welche Vorzüge hat ein autogeneriertes Team auf O365, welches sich bezüglich der Userdaten immer mit All4Schools abgleicht?

1. Owner                = Klassen/Fachlehrer werden automatisch als Owner des Klassenteams hinzugefügt
2. Member            = Alle Schülerinnen und Schüler werden als Mitglied erfasst
3. Alle Userdaten werden ab All4Schools immer synchron gehalten.
   Bsp: Kommt Max neu an die Schule in die Klasse 3 erscheint er, sobald er vom Office offiziell angelegt werden kann, wenig später im richtigen Team als Mitglied.
4. Eine Klasse wird mutiert – d.h. aus Klasse 3 wird z.B. Klasse 4 usw.
   Die Teams werden auch hier analog der neuen Klassenangaben mitgeführt. 
   Aus z.B. „ZH-Team-Klasse3“ – wird „ZH-Team-Klasse4“. Ein Klassenteam wird von der ersten bis zur letzten Klasse mit der gleich bleibenden Class-ID weitergeführt – auch um Wildwuchs auf O365 zu verhindern.
5. Tritt eine Lehrkraft oder ein Schüler aus, hat er direkt keinen Zugriff mehr auf das Team und ein neuer Owner = Lehrer wird im Team über die Eintragung auf All4Schools nachgepflegt.
    

In welcher Form werden die genannten Klassenteams angelegt?
Alle in All4Schools geführten Fächer einer Klasse werden als Kanal im Klassenteam integriert. Zudem wird ein Teamkalender über alle Fächer hinweg dem Team ebenfalls als Kanal hinzugefügt. Alle dort durch die Lehrkräfte eingetragenen Termine sind für alle Teammitglieder der Klasse ersichtlich.
Es wird dringend davon abgeraten eigene Klassenteams auf O365 zu erstellen – Klassenteams sollten aus beschriebenen Gründen immer auf den Eingaben in All4Schools beruhen.

Können noch eigene Teams in O365 erstellt werden?
Weiterhin können eigene Teams durch Lehrkräfte erstellt werden. Die Verantwortung für den Inhalt liegt bei beiden Teamtypen bei den Lehrkräften – hier kommt jedoch der Wartungsaufwand hinzu, welcher bei den autogenerierten Teams indirekt die Sekretariate bei der Pflege der Datensätze auf All4Schools übernehmen.
