If you ever lose your login credentials for the Parents' Portal or the Webshop of SIS, you can use the SIS Password Self Reset Tool to set a new password or retrieve your username.

Start the process by submitting an email address that is on record at SIS, such as john.doe@mail-provider.org or joanna.doe@acme.com, at https://pwsr.bilingual.education

You will then receive an email at this address containing a link to continue the process. Please click on this link as soon as possible, as it will expire after one or two days.

1. Enter the first name of your child
2. Enter the location (town, city) of the school
3. Enter the street name of your home address

Once you have successfully answered the verification questions, you will be able to choose a new password.

Please remember this password for future logins. You will also receive an email containing your username and your password for your records.

You can restart this process at any time again.
